Return Policy. Right of Withdrawal

Revocation of purchased products without giving any reason, according to the distance selling law (Government Ordinance no. 140/2021):
"The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he/she is withdrawing from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product." Notification will be made via e-mail (e-mail:contact@fightshop.ro), mentioning the order number, your full name and address as well as the code of the products you wish to return. Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered (without traces of use, in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and documents that accompanied them). Return costs will be borne by the customer and the refund of the product value will be made no later than 14 days from the return.

Products that are defective or damaged upon receipt:
If you receive a defective product, please contact the fightshop.ro team (e-mail:contact@fightshop.ro) to report the problem and request replacement with a new product or refund of its value. In this case, the return and, possibly, shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by fitskingear.com We suggest that you refuse to receive packages that show visible damage. The seller is obliged to replace the defective product with one without defects or to remove the defect within a reasonable time, without creating unjustified inconvenience for the Customer according to the provisions of Law 499/2003.

Products delivered incorrectly or that do not meet the specifications on the site:
If you receive a product that does not meet the specifications on fitskingear.com, you can return the product for replacement or full refund of its value. If you wish to exchange the product for a higher value, you will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. In this case, the return and, if applicable, shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by fitskingear.com.
